Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING TIME

Sgt. Suds strives to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If items are “in-stock,” they are generally delivered within 5-10 business days from your purchase date. International orders can take 10-15 days, depending on customs. Most orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS.

2. SHIPPING RATES 

Sgt. Suds ships to the United States (lower 48 + Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. Sgt. Suds charges flat-rate shipping of $8.99 on orders of $0.00 to $34.99 for the Lower 48, and shipping is FREE for orders over $35.00. We also offer additional expedited options starting at $14.99.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses are subject to unique shipping rates based on order amount and ship-to address. For some merchandise, additional fees may apply. In such situations, these fees will be noted before your transaction is complete in either the product description and/or the checkout process. If you would like special arrangements such as expedited delivery, please email support@sgtsudssoap.com, and we will make it happen. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
