If you’re not 100% stoked with your soap, let us know within 30 days of delivery.
- Email sgt.sudssoap@gmail.com with your order # and issue.
- We’ll send a prepaid return label (US orders) or instructions for photo evidence (consumables cannot be resold).
- Choose refund (original payment method) or exchange of equal value.
Conditions
- Product must be at least 75% unused unless damaged/defective.
- Sale or clearance items are final unless damaged.
- Gift cards are non‑refundable.
