30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not 100% stoked with your soap, let us know within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Email sgt.sudssoap@gmail.com with your order # and issue.
  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label (US orders) or instructions for photo evidence (consumables cannot be resold).
  3. Choose refund (original payment method) or exchange of equal value.

Conditions

  • Product must be at least 75% unused unless damaged/defective.
  • Sale or clearance items are final unless damaged.
  • Gift cards are non‑refundable.

Refunds typically post within 5–7 business days after we process the return.
