At SGT Suds Soap, we stand behind our handcrafted, all-natural soaps with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with your soap, we'll make it right—no questions asked.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 60 days of delivery at Fred@sgtsudssoap.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders) or provide instructions for photo evidence if the product has been used.
- Choose a full refund (original payment method) or exchange for a product of equal value.
- Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, or exchanges ship immediately.

Conditions
- Sale or clearance items are eligible for return unless marked as final sale.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
