At SGT Suds Soap, we stand behind our handcrafted, all-natural soaps with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with your soap, we'll make it right—no questions asked.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 60 days of delivery at Fred@sgtsudssoap.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders) or provide instructions for photo evidence if the product has been used.
  3. Choose a full refund (original payment method) or exchange for a product of equal value.
  4. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, or exchanges ship immediately.

  • All soap products (individual bars and bundles)
  • Any reason—scent, lather, skin reaction, or just not what you expected
  • Opened or used products (we want you to actually try it!)
  • We even cover return shipping for US orders

Conditions

  • Sale or clearance items are eligible for return unless marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or defective products are always eligible for full refund or replacement, regardless of condition.
